Smoked Turkey Leg

 

Nothing is better than a smoked turkey leg at a ball game. (beer too). We have frenched the keg pushing the meat further down the bone allowing the leg to be juicier and more tender. A great heavy appetizer.

Quail Legs

A secret preparation of our candied quail legs hors d' oeuvres. This goes well with sparkling wines for a very upscale setting.

Medallion Pork Tenderloin

 

This is an interesting hor d' oeuvre of a medallion of pork tenderloin wrapped in apple smoked bacon, smoked and basted in our own Asian grilling sauce. It lends itself to the heavier style of appetizers. Can also be used as a meal or as part of an entree'.

Thai Meatballs

These meatballs can be made of beef, veal, or pork.  They are roasted then simmered in the finest sauces that Thailand has to offer. 

Escargots, Once Upon a Grill Style

Made with butter, herbs, puff pastry, wine and other good things. Comes with champagne, as an horsd'oeuvres, and is limited to 12 servings for a private function. 

Award winning puff pastry wrapped sausage stufed Portobello. 

This tasty appitizer is composed of a blue cheese stuffed greek green olive and a prosciutto wrapped artichoke heart. Great party platter.
