Once Upon A Grill Special Salad
The special salad is made with hardy cuts of green lettuces, shaved red onion, and radish along with Duck Confit and Blue Cheese with our special Raspberry Vinaigrette.   This salad is Awesome and can, on occassion, be eaten as an entrée.   In any case, it will make a statement for your event.
