Creative Q'ing contest
" Leesburgs’ own Once Upon a Grill owner Dennis Mayer has proved that his recipes pass the test against chefs from across the nation. Mayer entered two of his favorite recipes into the Cookshack Creative Q’ing contest, placing high with both: 1st runner up in both of the categories entered! 1st runner up in the category of Nouvelle Q for his BBQ Enchilada, a delicious mix of pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and cheese, and again in the Appetizer category for his Puffed Pastry Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms, an irresistible mix of smoked portabellas, BBQ sauce, cheese, and sausage, encased in puff pastry and finished in the oven. "
