Stuffed Loin of Pork

One of our biggest selling signature dishes is the stuffed loin of pork that you see here.  It is a must when you are having more than one entree at a party or function.

 

Asian Pheasants with apple sage and ginger stuffing.

Jumbo Beef Ribs with stuffing and vegetables.

This is our whole cut of prime rib with the bone.  It is an extraordinarily tasting dish.

This is a fun dish.  Frenched chicken leg or jumbo drummette or lollipop chicken leg, whichever you prefer.  It is served on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes with spices.

Prime rib eye steak cooked on our smoker at high heat is done Peter Luger style.
