Stuffed Loin of Pork

One of our biggest selling signature dishes is the stuffed loin of pork that you see here.  It is a must when you are having more than one entree at a party or function.

 

Asian Pheasants with apple sage and ginger stuffing.

Jumbo Beef Ribs with stuffing and vegetables.

This is our whole cut of prime rib with the bone.  It is an extraordinarily tasting dish.

We have plated a portion of our prime rib with the bone for you to see.


Prime rib eye steak cooked on our smoker at high heat is done Peter Luger style.

This Five Cheese Vegetable Lasagna is one of the most requested items from our menu.  It has a wonderful taste and is suitable for a stand alone entree.

Once again from a party we've done, here is a peak at our creamy Mac & Three Cheeses along with some white truffle oil.  It was very well received and totally consumed.

Piles and piles of Fire Roasted Chicken; we can season it or smoke it, any way you like.

Shown here is a tray of our legendary Chopped Barbeque with our own sauce.  This can be done with the Georgia/Memphis style sweet red sauce or the Carolina tangy/hot mustard sauce; whichever you prefer.


One of our "Low-Country Boils", pictured here, is our shrimp boil and is the one people ask for most often.  It is served as you see below, along with crusty bread, melted butter, and lemons.  It is a magnificent tasting meal with only the four basic items and artichoke hearts. This meal can be ordered in any quantity.

We also have a five star "Low-Country Boil".  The five star boil, in addition to the boil pictured below, has other seafoods.  More often than not, they are seasonal and could include scallops, lobsters, clams, muscles and prawns when available.  We can even use grouper in these meals.
