You have got to try this treat made with real pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and Italian sausage if you so desire. A wonderful heavy appetizer.

Here is our well known spinach, garlic and cheese stuffed mushrooms. Also a very heavy appetizer with a great flavor.

These meatballs can be made of beef, veal, or pork. They are roasted then simmered in the finest sauces that Thailand has to offer.

Our unusual baby pig is extremely difficult to get, but it is a wonderful party dish that will feed 40 people.

This is a fun dish. Frenched chicken leg or jumbo drummette or lollipop chicken leg, whichever you prefer. It is served on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes with spices.
